Ivy Creek Hospice Wetumpka

Ivy Creek's mission is to provide the terminally ill patient and their loved ones with the support and care they require to live their lives comfortably. Our Hospice Team strives to enable the patient and family to maintain their dignity and quality of life. Our goal is to help the patient achieve physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort. We strive to empower the patient and family by providing them with the tools they need to make decisions. We provide ongoing support for family and friends for up to at least one year following the death of their loved one. We believe that hospice care should be available to any and all persons with an illness for which there is no cure and a limited life expectancy. Volunteers are an important part of our Team and help our patients in so many invaluable ways.
