Hospice is about living to the fullest in secure and familiar surroundings with those who matter most - family and friends. Hospice of Arizona is licensed by the State of Arizona. We were established to serve this community with a mandate to achieve clinical excellence. The program is certified by Medicare. Our next training class begins on May 10, 2004
