Munson Hospice - Grayling

Munson Home Healthcare- Hospice of Grayling takes a TEAM based approach to provide the most well rounded care of our patients who come onto our Hospice Services. Our hospice team is not only for the patient, but once you are apart of the Munson Hospice team of Grayling you and your family become our family. We offer many services such as nurses, aides, social workers, spiritual advisors, medical equipment specialist and volunteers who are willing to meet our patients where they are at and help everyone with the processes that are about to unfold. We have a wonderful bereavement program for care of the family of the hospice patient who was on our hospice services. We are here to help and support those in need with communication, and respect.
