The Housing Partnership Equity Trust (HPET) is a triple bottom line real estate investment company that seeks to provide investors with an economic return, a mission return and an environmental return. We work with high performing mission-driven nonprofit developers to quickly and efficiently acquire apartment buildings that provide quality homes for families, seniors and others with modest incomes. HPET recently completed its second capital raise and is looking to expand our team.
