Community

We will be a partner in our community to ensure the welfare of our citizens are safe guarded. We will participate in community service events that drive changes. We will be a firm that the community can depend on to not only show up but to be present.

Service

We will serve all our clients: owners, contractors, suppliers, and all A/E team members. We will listen to their needs and respond appropriately. We will demonstrate humility to them. We will listen more than we talk. We will be polite to everyone. We will show mutual respect for all we contact. We will work to build each person’s self-esteem.

Integrity

Errors can be forgiven; breaking our word will not be accepted. We will not tolerate any breach of integrity. We will face it, repent, and make amends, if necessary, and correct the root cause. We will strictly follow the engineering code of ethics in all our professional dealings. Additionally, we will not abuse a change order process; our fixed price will be just that, FIXED.

Commitment

We will be committed to making sound engineering judgments in all our designs. We will go the extra mile to make sure we do things right, the first time. We will do whatever it takes to keep our time commitments while not over-committing. We are focused on actions or activities that

deliver real, substantial results.

Family

We will maintain a professional, healthy work environment where fun is the norm. We will work hard but enjoy time off with family and friends as well delivering first class work life balance.

Adaptation

We will customize our designs to the needs and desires of our clients. We will adapt to each project’s unique requirements, not promote a standard solution that may not be the best answer. We will distinguish ourselves as thinking “out of the box”. We will critically think through the consequences of our design decisions.

Communication

We will work as a respectful team members with all our clients. We will always act in a way that makes those we deliver MEP deliverables to repeat clients. We will work extensively to deliver the clients vision while adhering codes and standards. We will guide, not dictate to, our team members, both internal and external.
