Role Overview

We are looking for a creative powerhouse to acnhor our AI Video Production track. This role is perfect for an experienced video editor who has fully embraced the AI revolution, someone who knows how to seamlessly blend traditional editing principles with cutting-edge AI tools.

Please note: This is a long-term revenue-sharing partnership, not a traditional salary-based role. You will build your personal brand, mentor the next generation of creators, and earn a significant share of the training revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum covering AI-driven video production, automated editing, AI avatar generation, voice synthesis, and advanced post-production workflows.
• Teach students how to leverage traditional video editing foundations (pacing, continuity, sound design) alongside modern AI tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, Premiere AI tools).
• Guide students through practical, portfolio-ready projects.
• Conduct engaging, remote training sessions and provide constructive feedback on student projects.

Qualifications

• Strong, proven background in traditional video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut).
• Deep expertise in using AI tools for video generation, scriptwriting, asset creation, editing, and voice-overs.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching or mentoring.
• Reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and quality video/audio setup for recording and live sessions.

• Revenue Share: Earn between 25% to 40% of all income generated from your training tracks.
