Bay Area Adventure Gals
About Us
he mission of Bay Area Adventure Gals (B.A.A.G) is to provide a safe and welcoming space for Gals of all ages, backgrounds, and identities in the Bay Area to find adventures that enrich their lives and forge meaningful friendships by sharing their adventures with others. Our community hosts over 35,000 members across the bay area and has been featured on Backpacker Magazine, ABC7 News, and The San Francisco Examiner.
Whether you define adventure as rock climbing, camping, traveling, boardgames, knitting, movie nights, wine nights, or simply putting yourself out there and making new friends, no adventure is too big or small for the Gals of BAAG.
All BAAG members are encouraged to share ideas, create events, participate in our community chats, and meet likeminded Gals that will support, encourage, and uplift them as they define what community, friendship, and adventure means to them in real life.
We cover the following communities:
North Bay
San Francisco
East Bay
Peninsula
South Bay
Bay Area Neighbors- (Solano, Sacramento, Yolo, Monterey, Hollister, Salinas, Santa Cruz)
