We believe every child deserves a safe place to learn, grow, and thrive. OSOF uses tennis and other sports as a tool to teach discipline, teamwork, leadership, and confidence, while our community study room supports children’s academic development through tutoring, reading, and creative activities like drawing and typing.
Our programs focus on serving children and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds, particularly those facing poverty, limited access to education, or a lack of safe recreational spaces. By combining sports, arts, and life-skills mentorship, we create a nurturing environment that promotes personal growth, resilience, and hope.
At OSOF, volunteers join a passionate team led by Ben Nteza, working directly with children to make a visible difference in their lives while experiencing Ugandan village life, culture, and community engagement. Our values of respect, teamwork, leadership, and community guide everything we do
