The Heart of Us brings people together by fostering genuine, meaningful and playful connections. We welcome people from all walks of life, to connect mindfully, from the heart, with kindness and creativity.
In the ancient past, people gathered around a fire as a tribe, shared stories and food, and engaged in creative activities, weaving in an innate web of life together. In today's world, a sense of community may feel fragmented. In response, we create intentional spaces for genuine connection and creativity, to nourish our basic needs for intimacy, community and belonging.
