Vision: We envision a world where everyone feels seen and valued, a world where people genuinely want the best for each other.

Mission: We have a unique approach. Through the Oazi traineeship program, we empower tanzanian women to lead and design trainings for volunteers. We empower these women with confidence, leadership skills and a paid experience. That way we ensure deeper connections and greater mutual respect between volunteers and local communities.

What we do: We strengthen volunteers with awareness and tools to avoid reinforcing harmful systems and instead, contribute to meaningful change, helping them become the kind of volunteer who is truly valued.

Our goal is to guide volunteers so they gain confidence, perspective and have more meaningful experiences. We focus on the volunteer’s behaviour, mindset and long-lasting impact. It’s about how a volunteer shows up, listens, adapts and is aware of unintentional harm.

The Oazi Project is a circular empowerment system, not a one-direction help. We move beyond traditional volunteer prep by centering local expertise and shifting the power back to where it belongs.
