About Manakal

Manakal is an emerging youth-centered initiative focused on sustainability, community engagement, and wellbeing.

We work with young people who want to move from awareness to meaningful action. Rather than delivering top-down programs, we create participatory spaces where young people can explore environmental and social challenges, strengthen their leadership, and co-design solutions that make sense in their own contexts.

Our approach integrates:

• Youth leadership development

• Active listening and co-creation

• Mental wellbeing as part of sustainable action

• Multilingual and accessible learning spaces

• Practical application of knowledge in community settings

We are currently in a building and growth phase, developing workshops, community conversations, and collaborative projects while shaping our internal structure. Volunteers joining us now have the opportunity to contribute to strategy, experimentation, and community-building from an early stage.
