JOB SUMMARY
The Events Logistics Assistant is responsible for course preparation, post-course logistics, and
providing on-site support for in-person Strozzi Institute for Somatics courses.
The Events Logistics Assistant is in charge of managing all site-related communications with
teaching teams and registered participants during in-person sessions. Events Logistics
Assistant manages relationships with external course vendors, as well as overseeing all
material needs and learning assets associated with in-person courses. They serve as the
“go-to” logistics support person during our courses, as teachers and participants engage in the
powerful and rigorous work of personal transformation.
The Events Logistics Assistant is vital to our ability to provide excellent service and make good
on our promises to our participants.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, clear and consistent communicators, have a customer
service orientation, and are skilled event producers. This includes experience with project
management, vendor management, and schedule coordination.
