A. Marie Consultants (AMC) seeks to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant. This position will support the CEO in daily tasks. He/she will be responsible for providing administrative assistance Including:
- General office and clerical tasks
- Proofreading/editing correspondence
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Data entry
- Researching new business development opportunities
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Creating invoices
- Scheduling meetings
- Coordinating calendars
- Placing business-related phone calls
- Conducting research on prospective business opportunities
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- A minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel specifically).
- Strong research skills.
- Excellent knowledge of AI programs.
- Multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills.
