Are you committed to using communications to build a better, more progressive future? Be Clear is seeking to hire a Director to join our small but growing team. In this role, you will lead and support communications for a wide array of mission-driven organizations and leaders. You will be responsible for leading day-to-day communications for clients, including managing project teams, drafting client-ready content, executing rollouts, and creating innovative strategic communications plans. The ideal candidate will share our mission-driven focus and have experience working in a fast-paced communications role for government and/or campaigns. The core of this role is the ability to take primary responsibility for our work with a client, with strategic guidance from one of our Founding Partners and, often, the support of one or more members of the team.

This is a full-time, remote position (must live in U.S.) with domestic travel expected several times per year.
Director: $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
