Remote Development Associate Consultant

A. Marie Consultants (AMC) seeks to hire a remote, part-time, Development Associate Consultant. This person will be responsible for:

• Creating grant templates from online portals
• Submitting grant applications
• Using AI tools to write grants
• Tracking and leads the development of new business quotes and proposals from research through final submission
• Maintain accurate donor, prospect, and pipeline records and prepare progress reports for leadership
• Research funding opportunities
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Software Proficiency:

• Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Google Workspace
• Donor and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or Bloomerang
• Prospect research and grants databases such as Candid, Instrumentl, or Grants.gov
• AI research, writing, and productivity tools

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with fundraising
• Strong grant writing skills (a writing sample will be requested if interviewed)
• Experience working in the field of development and fundraising
• Skill in successfully managing multiple projects on tight deadlines
• Unquestionable integrity and commitment to professional ethics, and the ability to responsibly handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
