The Collectif is a global network of strategists to the nonprofit and philanthropic sector. We are seeking a Managing Director to take charge of our administrative and business development activities through our startup period and beyond. The Managing Director is a partnership-track position, with earned sweat equity hours translating to shared ownership. Compensation is currently based on a percentage of contract revenue.

Responsibilities include

• Outreach & Lead Generation to build a pipeline for new client relationships, including responding to calls for consultants
• Managing external communications, including newsletter and LinkedIn presence; developing social media content
• Overseeing internal operations, including managing documentation and communications, accounts payable & receivable, subscriptions & platforms, scheduling meetings, supervising interns, and supporting team members as needed on contract deliverables.

Qualifications: small business management experience; social justice background; MBA preferred.
