We provide both legal representation to protect the financial well being homeowners, tenants, small businesses and nonprofit organizations, as well as organizational and other assistance to help them grow and prosper. Much of our work is on behalf of consumers, sustainable businesses and community based organizations. Our areas of representation include business start ups, nonprofit tax exempt status, foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, civil rights, and a variety of general civil litigation.
