Erica Noelle Duncan Consulting

  • About Us

Since 2005, Erica has specialized in providing fundraising and strategic consulting to nonprofits. She provides structural and strategic support for nonprofits which allows them to exponentially increase their impact and secure significant funding to ensure the longevity of their mission and vision. Erica has worked with nonprofits in many capacities: from serving on Boards of Directors to advising on general operations, programming and fundraising.

In 2007, Erica was sent as a delegate for Lawyers Without Borders to Liberia, West Africa to assist in rebuilding the country’s justice system after the civil war. This included creating an active and accessible database of legal resources and running workshops for local judges and attorneys. This stint gave Erica a firsthand look at how different nonprofits and NGOs can work together for a common cause (she was often in meetings with the United Nations, World Bank, Red Cross and other nonprofits that were on the ground to support Liberia’s rebuilding efforts). The above experiences were invaluable and really helped Erica understand the best way to advise her nonprofit clients. She understands the exact challenges that are faced because she has played a hands-on role in helping other nonprofits grow and succeed. Erica is excited to bring her strategic consulting knowledge to your nonprofit.
