Incandescent is a strategy consulting and venture development firm. We conduct research, advise leaders and entrepreneurs, and develop our own ventures. As advisors, we serve CEOs of Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries, founders of early- and growth-stage ventures, and visionary leaders in social sector organizations. We help solve problems and boost organizational effectiveness, sometimes at a local institutional level and sometimes on the scale of a whole ecosystem of stakeholders. Our work in the social sector primarily is at the level of systems change, helping non-profits and foundations tackle major initiatives and big strategic questions. On the venture development side of Incandescent, we are venture builders: we incubate, advise, build and invest alongside entrepreneurs that we work with. We work across stages and industries, but have an affinity towards seed and growth stage companies and social entrepreneurs, providing and expertise across the spectrum of strategy, operations, go-to-market and organization design.
