The Learning Innovation Catalyst

Collectively, we’ve been working on classroom innovation for a long time. We’ve noticed that one of the biggest pain points in school transformation is effectively engaging and preparing teachers and leaders for the dramatic shifts happening in the world that impact student readiness for life. We have learned that this work in personalized learning is not about tools or models or even technology. It’s about culture and empowering educators to facilitate innovation by shifting mindsets and re-imagining learning.

With our team of Transformation Agents, a.k.a. the LINCredibles, we’ve set out on an audacious mission to support every educator, everywhere. Core to our mission, and the methodology of the Model of Generative Change, is that educators must be the agents, not the objects, of change. To that end, we work to support educators as they develop their voice for classroom and school innovation.
