At Full Circle Strategies, our goal is to influence great work. We are committed to using an equity lens to affect social change through research, training, coaching, and outreach.

Racism lessens the impact of good organizations and their work. We also recognize that our collective commitment to social change must shift to adapting anti-racist strategies. At the core of this shift lies the potential for sustained social impact and the achievement of racial equity, if we learn how embrace this process.

Our approach focuses on how we respond to race, class, and gendered experiences within our work and workplace environment.  It addresses how individuals interpret and understand their privilege and power in relationship to others. Individuals become self-aware about the external factors that influence their decision-making abilities within their organizations and across their communities. 

Finally, this work helps individuals move to creating and sustaining equitable education, programming, community engagement, and/or service delivery systems, while working to challenge bias.
