Keep Me Tax Free oversees the compliance issues facing nonprofits, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within an organization. We ensure the Board of Directors, management, and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, and that organization policies and procedures are being followed and met.

Keep Me Tax Free stays abreast of federal, state, and local government regulations, reporting changes to clients.

We identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provide guidance on how to avoid similar situations in the future.

We review and establish policies and procedures to ensure proper compliance.

Keep Me Tax Free provides training to Boards of Directors, management, employees and volunteers on proper reporting to federal, state and local agencies.
