Equity Based Dialogue for Inclusion, LLC

Equity Based Dialogue for Inclusion (EBDI, “ebb-dee”) is a Black- and Latinx-owned consultancy offering a range of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) services. We are dedicated to creating a positive social impact that reaches beyond the walls of our client-partner organizations and institutions. We draw on best practices from the academic literature as well as the tenets of the Transformative Justice model for social change to deliver facilitation and consulting services that strengthen organizations' capacities to create and sustain an equitable and inclusive environments.
