The Collaborative Collective (TCC) partners with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations to strengthen operations, leadership, and strategy. We are small on purpose, keeping our client portfolio limited so we can walk closely with each organization we serve.

Our mission is to help nonprofits thrive by providing future-focused, innovative support in areas like strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational health. We are not a traditional consulting firm — we collaborate deeply, build capacity, and leave organizations stronger than when we arrived.

Our values are rooted in kindness, curiosity, equity, and humility. We create safe and inclusive spaces for historically marginalized leaders and communities. We believe that when organizations have the right systems, strategies, and support, they can achieve lasting impact without burning out their people.

We serve nonprofits, community-based organizations, NGOs, and B Corps across the U.S., with a special focus on supporting leaders who are stepping into executive roles and organizations navigating growth or reinvention.
