Our mission is to help nonprofits excel. We help organizations develop innovative strategies to increase their resources and maximize strategic impact. We achieve our mission through the delivery of culturally competent, customized and comprehensive capacity building services. Strategies for Social Change believes in the powerful, transformative impact nonprofits have upon our society and we work to advance nonprofit efficacy and long-term sustainability.
We support the values and principles of social justice, community leadership and empowerment. Our services and products are designed to strengthen community/constituent voices and leadership capacity. Strategies for Social Change is a woman of color owned consulting firm and because we value diversity, clients are able to access a multicultural pool of consultants with extensive experience working in diverse sectors of the nonprofit community. Leadership and team coaching, strategic planning, and executive transition planning are some of the many capacity building services we offer.
