Acute Incite, LLC (AI) is a small and dynamic consultancy that supports forward-thinking agencies, organizations and teams looking to grow, evolve, and make greater impact. We do this through engaged consulting, ongoing capacity, skills-based training and interactive facilitation.  

We work across sectors—including national security, international development, and federal agency operations—to provide expertise in adaptive management, strategic communications, organizational development, and knowledge management.

Acute Incite provides strategic, creative and dynamic resources suited to our clients' needs, whether it's to design and facilitate an engaging one-time event, to provide on-demand strategic advisory services, or to supply full-time staff capacity for team and project support. 

Our team has developed our service offerings by innovating practices from our earlier careers and deep domain understanding to establish Acute Incite as thought leaders in multi-stakeholder collaboration, continuous learning, and adaptive management across a variety of sectors.
