Engaging Inquiry is a purpose-built consulting practice that brings novel analytics nested in participatory, community-based approaches. We are experts in, and co-creators of, the most operationalized, actionable, and engaged approach to both 1) systemic strategy making and 2) practical designs that foster collective action and impact at the individual, team and community levels. Our engagement model takes a client-centered and capacity-enabling approach that we call “accompaniment,” signaling our radical commitment to walk alongside and partner through deep collaboration. We are best known for our practices of accompanying impact-focused organizations as they endeavor to stimulate and scale sustainable social and organizational change. Our approach honors complexity and cyclic causality, attends to relational and positional power and privilege, embraces and uplifts diverse voices, and is reflective of emergence, iteration, and strategic adaptation.
