Waypoints Consulting

Waypoints Consulting is a technical assistance organization committed to economic and social justice. We work only with nonprofit organizations and seek to effect positive social change in our communities. Our expertise: translating data and applied research into meaningful action, especially within the realm of human and social services and most especially as related to homeless and housing services.

More specifically, we are data analysts and program evaluation specialists who provide training, education, project management and data analysis/reporting to a network of nonprofit housing and homeless service providers in Western Massachusetts and throughout the state.

We focus primarily on the collection, analysis, and use of data collected by HUD-funded Continuums of Care (CoCs) thru their homeless and housing providers as they seek to reduce and end homelessness locally and regionally.

Waypoints Consulting is a member of the Western MA Network to End Homelessness, a guiding force in local and regional efforts to end homelessness. We are also a member of the National Coalition to End Homelessness; the American Public Health Association; and the American Evaluators Association.
