Based in Baltimore, MD, Love and Justice Consulting is a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) leadership and organizational development company. We specialize in creating customized DEI learning and development opportunities that drive inclusive organizational change and transformation. Applying intersectional, healing, and liberatory design practices to leadership development and organizational transformation, we honor our individual and collective humanity while also doing the necessary work organizational change and transformation. We partner with higher-education and K-12 institutions, local, state, and federal agencies, and community-based organizations serving historically vulnerable, underserved, and under-resourced communities. Our experience includes facilitating leadership and manager development transformation programs, developing racial conflict and management protocols, 

designing liberatory-based DEI organizational survey instruments, as well as leading trauma-informed and healing retreats for senior leaders and entire organizations.
