Integrative Inquiry is an HR consulting firm that partners with businesses to provide leadership training and strategic development services in order to help transform organizational cultures. Our mission is to build the capacity of organizations and individuals to work in more collaborative and equitable ways. We aim to create work environments where employees from all backgrounds thrive.

We work with businesses ready to rethink their organizational culture and embrace new leadership strategies. Most of our clients already have an organizational commitment to change, but may need support in strategic planning and management training to accomplish and expand their efforts. Howe also work with clients who have recognized a need to to improve their work culture but aren't sure where to begin.

Our firm serves mid-sized teams across a wide variety of professions, in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
