Founded in 1998, NPO Solutions is a consulting firm that specializes in expanding the capacity of nonprofit organizations to achieve their missions With a focus on nonprofits in Southern California, we support a broad range of human service, education, arts and other organizations to achieve greater community impact. 

We provide strategic consulting in three main area:

·      Strategic Planning: Our approach to strategic planning and strategic restructuring involves a rigorous, inclusive process of research, evaluation and conversation. We work closely with our clients to ensure these processes include a variety of voices and that the resulting plans are ambitious and achievable.

·      Fund Development: We utilize a range of processes and tools to help organizations assess and grow their fund development capacity. We partner with organizations to create fundraising plans, to design earned income ventures and to develop successful public and private sector funding proposals.  

·      Leadership Development: We work alongside Boards of Directors and staff to build more cohesive management structures.
