Outreach Process Partners (OPP) was founded by professionals who enjoy working together and want to give back. OPP believes in the mission of our government and prime contractor clients, and understands the importance of effective, integrated communication in a project or program's success.

OPP's award-winning stakeholder engagement strategies are aimed at uncovering the barriers to achieving needed partner/citizen actions and helping clients overcome those barriers. We specializes in translating complex technical and scientific information into easily understood language and images for non-technical stakeholders, partners and decision makers.

To do this, we apply award-winning audio/visual communication approaches to complement traditional text-based communication approaches. We excel at social media strategies that result in situational awareness and actionable insights.
