About Us
Wordcraft (www.playwordcraft) is a learning game that teaches students the building blocks of English, so they can learn to analyze advanced words into their roots, not just memorize long vocabulary lists.
After a year of testing in the New York City public school system, we found that it provided students with an addicting game-like experience that massively improved their vocabulary. Students of all ages gained a much deeper and more flexible understanding of English. Seven year olds started using words like omniscient, xenophile, gastropod and neophyte in sentences.
Wordcraft is now available to any school or student with a computer, available on a sliding-scale, pay what you can model.
