We support companies, nonprofits, associations and universities in building effective, high-touch mentorship and sponsorship initiatives. Our programs are customized based on each client's needs, but most of them solve for these 5 areas: retention and engagement of millennials & generation Z, increasing diversity, inclusion and a sense of belonging, knowledge transfer as baby boomer's retire, helping leaders build their legacies, and elevating women (especially in STEM).
