LeSar Development Consultants is a woman owned small business in operation for over 10 years with offices in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Sacramento, CA.  LDC helps clients create physically, economically, and environmentally sustainable communities with experience in affordable housing, collective impact, community and economic development, homelessness, and evaluation and works primarily with public agencies, non-profits, business sector, and philanthropy/private foundations.
