Cider House Media is a Massachusetts-based web design and digital marketing studio that works with small businesses, nonprofits, and community-focused organizations throughout the region. We are a family-owned and family-run business, and our work centers on helping mission-driven groups strengthen their online presence so they can reach more people, communicate their impact clearly, and grow sustainably.
We believe that organizations doing meaningful work in their communities deserve websites and digital tools that truly support their mission. That means thoughtful design, clear storytelling, and strong search visibility so the right people can find them. Our clients include nonprofits and community organizations such as ServiceNet, the Trauma Institute and Child Trauma Institute (TICTI), and the Women’s Fund SouthCoast, along with many locally owned businesses that serve their communities in Western Massachusetts and across the state.
Here in Easthampton, where our studio is based, we’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with a number of local organizations that contribute to the city’s civic and cultural life. Our work has included projects with Easthampton City Arts, the arts and culture program of the City of Easthampton, as well as collaborations with the Easthampton Public Library, the Easthampton Coalition for Veteran Wellness, Pioneer Valley Ballet, and the Easthampton Community Center, which operates one of the largest food pantries in Western Massachusetts, serving about 6,000 people each month across 22 towns.
Here in Massachusetts, we collaborate with community access television stations, both municipal entities and nonprofit organizations, that provide vital local news, government coverage, and creative storytelling in their communities. Our work has included projects with Holyoke Media, Burlington Cable Access Television (BCAT), LexMedia, Somerville Media Center, and Arlington Community Media, Inc. (ACMi), reflecting our commitment to supporting community-driven media across the state. We also engage with MassAccess, the statewide membership association that supports and advocates for community access TV and media centers throughout Massachusetts, helping to strengthen the entire ecosystem of local, independent media.
Accessibility is one of our core values. We believe the internet should be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, and we strive to build websites that follow accessibility best practices while remaining clear, welcoming, and easy to navigate.
As a local studio, we take a collaborative approach to every project. We spend time understanding each organization’s goals, audience, and challenges so we can create digital solutions that support real-world impact. Whether the goal is increasing community awareness, improving access to services, or strengthening fundraising and outreach, our work is focused on helping organizations connect with the people who need them most.
