North Arrow’s mission is to enable changemakers with innovative impact mapping solutions. We build digital & interactive maps that show the problem, the solutions, and impact over time. We see countless ways that mapping can support struggles for social & environmental justice, but our maps focus on achieving three main goals:

• Visual storytelling: use mapping to show the problems you are tackling & your solutions
• Data-driven strategies: use mapping to visualize, track, and evaluate impact
• Coalition building: use maps to indicate collective targets and goals

Founders: Olivia Ildefonso, Ph.D has spent the last decade years working as a cartographer and researcher for diverse racial and social justice organizations while Charles has built over 8 years of management and operational experience in challenging data consulting & tech environments. With their forces combined, they bring in a rare mix of technical, communication & strategic expertise that surpasses the traditional communications agency model.
