I’ve had an ongoing love affair with nonprofits since childhood. They inspire me. They motivate me to do better, be better and to work harder to make a difference in the world.

The last 10+ years of working with organizations have taught me how to take on some key issues all nonprofits deal with on a consistent basis. I have developed strategies and tools to help emerging nonprofits strengthen and improve their work while bringing in more money and creating a sustainable future.

I have been a teacher, program manager, Board member, recruiter, grantwriter and otherwise all-around dysfunctional situation fixer. This is where I shine.I like dirty hands, cannonballs and taking the plunge! I can evaluate your programs, processes, Leadership issues, fundraising strategy or leaky ceiling and tell you how do a u-turn and get on track. I can quickly see the bones of your organization and create strategies fortransformational change.
