Founded in 2000, LDS Consulting Group, LLC is a full service real estate advisory firm that focuses on housing and community development. We are particularly accomplished in responding to the challenges of affordable and senior housing.

LDS provides specialized housing services to a range of clients, including developers, investors, land owners, municipal and state governments, local partnerships, operators, and non-profit organizations. Much of our work involves providing market studies and funding applications to not for profit affordable housing developers.
