Commerical District Services

Our organization provides management and administrative services to business or special improvement districts, community organizations and municipalities that includes strategic planning, organizational capacity assessments, communications programs and day to day administration. We also provide a variety of public space and outdoor management services such as public space activation, landscaping/beautification programs, ambassadorial services, daily sanitation, litter and graffiti removal. We work primarily in Northern New Jersey and NYC and work with a range of urban clients and suburban clients, especially in underserved areas.

Our firm is devoted to building positive and lasting community change by creating  safer, cleaner and more attractive environments for all stakeholders within the communities we serve. We do this by providing accessible and impactful administrative, placemaking, and outdoor maintenance/quality-of-life support under one roof to help organizations of all sizes and in all stages. We believe strongly that place matters and deeply impacts our wellbeing, therefore we strive to provide the necessary resources to the organizations we serve to create an inclusive environment where all stakeholders have an opportunity to participate in creating places they love.
