The GOLD Beacon is a full-service nonprofit development agency that strategically recognizes, prioritizes, and addresses an agency's gaps, challenges, and assets. We develop nonprofits through management, consulting, and training to increase their productivity, revenue, and resources. The "GOLD" in our name stands for Grant Management, Organization, Learning, and Development, and we provide services such as strategic planning, evaluation, board self-assessments, curriculum development, and project management.

Rather than continuing current operations with limited resources, nonprofits who use our services gain a roadmap unique to their mission that guides their development and empowers them to charge forward. A realistic development plan through flexible contract terms enables a nonprofit to move in the right direction without losing focus on its target population. Ultimately, the nonprofits we serve increase their capacity, operate more efficiently and secure more funding and resources.
