    Description

    Sustainable Leadership in Crisis

Considering the frequency of natural disasters, man-made accidents, and violent crime in people’s daily life, experienced security trainers from the Human Development Forum Foundation (HDFF) offer a specialized Leadership Training for “Sustainable Leadership in Crisis”. This initiative aims to increase the participants’ awareness and adeptness in handling crises prevalent in humanitarian or business operations, as well as in daily life. The training adheres closely to international regulations and takes into consideration best practices. Focus points are decision-making in crisis, situational awareness, risk mapping, and developing risk mitigation strategies tailored for leaders facing various crisis scenarios.

    Objectives:

    • To improve participants’ understanding of global leadership requirements.
    • To increase the understanding of the responsibility of leaders towards a proactive security attitude and the importance of situational awareness, as well as related risk assessments.
    • To provide participants with helpful tools and techniques needed to avoid or cope adequately with potentially dangerous situations.
    • To increase related communications skills.
