    Description

    Back-to-School Drive

Save the Date: Back-to-School Supplies & Food Drive

    Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 11:00am-1:00pm

Located at the Odd Fellows Lodge (1416 North Ave, Burlington, VT, 05408)

    We’re collecting:

    • School supplies including: backpacks, glue sticks, small children’s scissors, one subject spiral notebooks, crayons, magic markers, colored pencils, #2 pencils, and pens.
    • Shelf-stable food (unexpired) & personal care items. Items in high demand are diapers and wipes, menstrual care products (pads preferred), toilet paper, canned beans, canned meat/fish, canned fruits & veggies, soups, peanut butter, cereal, pastas & rice.
    • We will NOT be collecting clothing in the month of August, and ask folks to please save clothing donations for our September 27th drive.

The North End Food Pantry is an all-volunteer run nonprofit in Burlington. We provide FREE food, personal care items, and clothing every Saturday & Sunday morning. Your donations ensure that community members have what they need for their jobs, their families, and their comfort and dignity.

We are also recruiting volunteers to help sort donated items during the drive. Email volunteer@northendfoodpantry.org to volunteer!

Every little bit helps. Let’s care for our neighbors.
