Sound The Alarm Event - Join the Red Cross for a day of Service

Sound the Alarm Volunteer Opportunity

Date: October 16

Time: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Join the American Red Cross for a Sound the Alarm event and help make homes and families safer in our community.

We are seeking volunteers for the following roles:

Installers

Help install free smoke alarms in local homes.

Documenters

Assist with recording installation information and completing required documentation.

Educators

Share important home fire safety and preparedness information with residents.

No experience is required. All volunteers will receive training during the morning orientation before heading out into the community.

This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact by helping families become better prepared for home fires. Whether you are a new volunteer or an experienced Red Crosser, we welcome your support.

We look forward to seeing you on October 16th!
