Help us honor and support our local heroes! Gentiva Hospice is collecting new socks to keep our veterans warm and comfortable. Your donation makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those who served.

Directions
Located in the Continental Reserve Professional Plaza on N Silverbell Rd, just south of W Tacna Way and directly across from Coyote Trail Elementary School.
- From I-10: Take exit 244 for Twin Peaks Rd and head west. Turn right (north) onto N Silverbell Rd, and the office plaza will be on your left.
- Parking: Free parking is available directly in front of the building.
