    The Pan African College for Peace and Conflict Resolution (PAC) in Collaboration with the NextGen Institute for Diplomacy and Public Health are now accepting applications for the

    2026 Academic Year

    We proposes a suite of online undergraduate programs in humanitarian aid, public health, and diplomacy. Our programs align with global humanitarian, development, and health standards, equipping students with competencies for leadership in international aid, public service, and crisis management.

    Each program emphasizes:

    • Global Citizenship & Ethical Practice
    • Interdisciplinary Learning
    • Inclusive Communication (ASL & English)
    • Applied Experience through Fellowships or Internships
    • Integrative Capstone Projects

    All our programs are delivered 100% online through asynchronous and live virtual learning environments, with options for local field practicums and international placements through our partner organizations.

    Program Description

    An interdisciplinary program preparing students to respond to crises, build resilience, and

    strengthen global partnerships through humanitarian coordination and ethical leadership.

    • Bachelor of Science in Public Health (BS–PH)

    Duration: 3–4 years | Credits: 120

    Program Description

    Prepares students to address global and community health challenges through epidemiology, policy, and disaster risk management, integrating diplomacy and humanitarian ethics.

    • Bachelor of Arts in Public Diplomacy(BA–PD)

    Duration: 3–4 years | Credits: 120

    Program Description

    Trains students in international communication, negotiation, and policy-making for

    peacebuilding, global cooperation, and humanitarian diplomacy.

    • Associate of Science in Public Health (AS–PH)

    Duration: 1.5–2 years | Credits: 60

    Associate of Arts in American Sign Language (AA–ASL)

    Duration: 1.5–2 years | Credits: 60

    • DOUBLE PROGRAM OPTION

    BA/BS in Humanitarian Aid and International Cooperation & Public Health

    Duration: 4 years (Integrated Curriculum) | Credits: 150–156

    ADMISSIONS CRITERIA

    • Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
    • Demonstrated English proficiency (for non-native speakers).
    • Basic digital literacy.
    • Access to stable internet connection.
    • Statement of interest in humanitarian, health, or diplomatic service.

    PAC4Peace and NextGen Institute jointly oversee program evaluation, accreditation liaison, and field placement partnerships.
