    5th Annual Valley Asian & Pacific Islander Cultural Festival (VAPI 2026)

    Join us for the 5th Annual Valley Asian & Pacific Islander Cultural Festival (VAPI 2026)—a vibrant community celebration of culture, connection, education, and service in Los Angeles.

    Hosted with community partners and supported by iDARE Inc., this family-friendly event brings together diverse Asian and Pacific Islander traditions through live cultural performances, music, dance, fashion, community engagement, educational exhibits, and volunteer support opportunities.

    Attendees can expect a meaningful day of:

    • Cultural performances and showcases
    • Community connection and cross-cultural celebration
    • Educational and youth-friendly experiences
    • Volunteer participation and nonprofit engagement
    • Opportunities to support preparedness, service, and community impact

    This event is designed to celebrate heritage, strengthen community bonds, and create a welcoming space for all cultures and generations.

    Directions

    The event will take place at Pierce College in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles.

    Parking is available on-site. Please follow posted event signage upon arrival for designated festival areas.

    We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking and check-in. The event is open to the public and designed to be family-friendly and accessible.

    Additional on-site directions and event layout details will be provided closer to the event date.

    Volunteer Check-In (iDARE Booth):

    Volunteers supporting iDARE Inc. should check in at the main entrance, where the booth will be clearly marked as iDARE / Indonesian Cultural Booth, in partnership with the SoCal Prep table.

    Our team will be on-site to provide guidance, assignments, and coordination throughout the event.

    Volunteer Shifts:

    • Morning Set-Up: Arrive by 9:00 AM
    • Event Support: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
    • Afternoon Take-Down: By 3:00 PM

    Volunteer Roles Needed:

    • Videographer
    • Photographer
    • Runner (on-site support)

    How to Join

    This is a free, public, family-friendly event—no RSVP required.

    Guests are welcome to arrive at Pierce College and follow event signage to the main festival area.

    iDARE Inc. & Indonesian Cultural Booth:

    Visit us at the main entrance, where the booth will be clearly marked as iDARE / Indonesian Cultural Booth, in partnership with the SoCal Prep table.

    Volunteers:

    If you are volunteering with iDARE, please check in at the main entrance booth upon arrival. Our team will provide instructions, assignments, and coordination throughout the event.

    What to Bring:

    • Comfortable attire for outdoor activities
    • Water and sun protection
    • A positive, community-driven spirit
