Benvenuti Arts (BA) works with arts-based nonprofits – from performing collectives to community art centers and educational institutions – to strengthen operations, grow fundraising capacity, and plan sustainably.

BA Sessions & Seminars are small-group, working-style, online programs designed to be practical, accessible, and immediately useful for small and medium-sized teams. These aren’t lectures. Each Session or Seminar combines guided group work with direct support from BA consultants, so you leave with ready-to-use materials and a framework tailored to your organization's needs.

Fundraising Planning Seminar is a 3-hour practical training during which you'll create a year-long fundraising plan that adapts to your creative schedule and specific organizational needs. Benvenuti Arts consultant will provide the template and guide you through a series of exercises to help you outline your fundraising year with a plan that your team (or just you!) can implement successfully.

This is for you if...:

• You're running an arts-based organization with a budget of under $750K OR you're an independent artists who doesn't have the time to create a robust planning system on their own or the resources to pay an outside consultant for that.
• You feel overwhelmed with the necessity to plan your fundraising activities well in advance, while meeting daily operations and programming commitments, and would love professional and community support to figure it out.
