  • Mission

    MST Navigators work side-by-side with MST staff in promoting mobility for individuals with travel challenges because increased mobility means increased independence and quality of life. Navigators can be assigned to community centers, or outreach events to provide assistance in promoting MST services and mobility programs to the public. Also, Navigators can assist staff in travel training activities, where they may be assigned as a Travel Companion also known as a " Bus Buddy" to travel with individuals who completed the travel training program. Other tasks include: Provide general information on paratransit services Provide feedback on the MST services Outreach activities at host center Office duties (filing, phone calls, data entry, general assistance, etc.) Other miscellaneous needs of the Mobility Management Program

MST provides bus service to the greater Monterey and Salinas areas as far south as Paso Robles and as far north as Watsonville and Gilroy. Our goal is to provide residents and visitors with high-quality transit service.
