    The West Hollywood Project is led by the Institute for Public Strategies, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to enhancing the livability of communities through structural, cultural, social and policy change. The West Hollywood Project receives funding from the County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Health, Substance Abuse Prevention and Control.

    The West Hollywood Project is guided by a very active Community Advisory Board. The all-volunteer Board is made up of grassroots community members, city officials, members of the recovery community and representatives from various service organizations including the Los Angeles LGBT Center and AIDS Project Los Angeles.
